Suggested Use: SubZorb tablets are deisgned to be dissolved under your tongue. Place one SubZorb tablet under your tongue and let dissolve completely, then swallow. For maximum effects take two Formula 2 SubZorb tablets per day: one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening.
