Suggested Use: Mix 1-3 scoops with 6-12 ounces of cold water and consume.Start with 1 scoop and gradually increase more if needed, otherwise stay on 1 scoop. On exercise days, take daily serving 30-60 mins before workout. This product contains caffeine and should not be taken by individuals wishing to eliminate this ingredient from their diet. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery.
